Welcome to the AngelSense Support Center

Choosing a cellular carrier

The AngelSense device works off the cell towers and networks of AT&T and Verizon. It has no bearing whatsoever on your personal cell phone provider. The tracker is not billed to your service, but to its own with us.

During the setup process, the default order is for our GPS 1 model, which uses AT&T. The service you use for your personal phone does not need to be the same as the device you choose. Verizon is used in our GPS 2 model.

Cellular coverage is essential for GPS to work and to enable effective remote monitoring. Without cellular coverage up-to-date location information is not available in the AngelSense app and Listen-In & AngelCall are not possible, similarly to a regular phone.

Canada: Currently, the GPS 1 device is supported in Canada. Our device requires good 3G cellular reception in order to work properly. However, if you wish to purchase and see if our device will work in your area, please feel free to order. If it does not work for you during your free trial we can send you a return label and refund you. Read more important info for Canadian customers.

An AngelSense GPS tracking device is shipped to the customer. In case the wrong cellular carrier was selected we offer a replacement device at no extra cost.

The return needs to be done within 30 days of purchase and the device must be in its original condition.

NOTE: When purchasing your AngelSense Kit, if no device is chosen the default device is the GPS 1 device.
