Remote App and Device Software Update (GPS 1)

An important remote device software update is being rolled out to all users.

It enables 2-Way Voice (AngelCall) and Alarm features for all GPS 1 devices and deployment of future new features and some fixes.


  1. Check the "About" tab in your AngelSense main menu to verify the latest versions
    1. App Version: 1.2.1
    2. Device Software Versions: G3.EY.056, G3.EY.057, G3.EY.059


  1. If you are not showing the latest versions, please follow the below guidance:
    1. Plug in the device and make sure it's turned on
    2. Leave the device charging overnight (recommended near a window for good GPS & cellular signals)
    3. Verify that the app is updating by checking that the timeline shows a current location
    4. If your app says "no communication": click here
  2. Mobile App Version Update 
    1. Make sure your AngelSense mobile app is the latest version by updating it in your app store. Click here for the overview: Installing the app
