Buying AngelCall/Listen-In minutes

The AngelSense monthly service subscription includes 60 free minutes for Listen-In and AngelCall combined for a calendar month. Once you exceed the 60 minutes, you will have a negative balance on your minutes. If you purchase more minutes, these minutes will be subtracted. Any unused free minutes do not rollover to the next calendar month. 
 
On our GPS 2 model only, Primary Guardians can see the minutes used within their app using the "My Account" section and can also purchase minutes. They can also see each call, who the call is from, the time the call came in, and the duration of the call.
 
The app will alert to a low balance of minutes. The free minutes are always the first to be used and then any purchased minutes are used after the free minutes are depleted. Any minutes that you purchase never expire
 
(To see who the call is from, your device must have version of 1.0.2-371 or higher. You can verify this in the "About" section of your app's Menu)
 
Here are the steps to buy minutes:
 
1. Go to My Account and "Payment & Billing" from the app's Menu
 
 
2. Scroll down to "Voice Balance" and you can see how many minutes you have remaining. You can click "Buy Minutes" if you would like to purchase more.
 
4. You will then be taken to the AngelSense Store to purchase more minutes*
 

*Plus applicable sales tax
 
NOTE: On our GPS 1 model our monitoring usage system is more limited and we periodically check the balance. The user is expected to monitor their usage. We will contact you in order to alert you to excessive use. We will not charge you for the first overage. We are working on a future enhancement where you will be able to monitor your minutes, but it has not been developed yet.
