Selecting device cellular carrier
In the USA, the AngelSense device works off the cell towers and networks of AT&T and T-Mobile. It has no bearing whatsoever on your personal cell phone provider. The SIM in the tracker is not billed to your personal service, but to its own with us.
During the setup process, the default order is for our GPS 4 model utilizing AT&T. The service you use for your personal phone does not need to be the same as the device you choose. If you have issues with cellular coverage in your area, after trying the GPS 4, please let us know.
Cellular coverage is essential for GPS to work and to enable effective remote monitoring. Without cellular coverage, up-to-date location information is not available in the AngelSense app and 1-Way Voice (Listen-In) & 2-Way Voice (AngelCall) is not possible, similarly to a regular phone.
Canada: The GPS 4 device is supported in Canada. Our device requires good 4G cellular reception in order to work properly. However, if you wish to purchase and see if our device will work in your area, please feel free to order. If it does not work for you during your free trial, we offer a refund. The return needs to be done within 30 days of purchase and the device must be in its original condition.
